Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information we collect on growthpep.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.
1. Who we are
Growthpep is a trading name of Spiti Consulting, a sole proprietorship owned by Saajan Jain, with its principal place of business at 1406, Divya Parshwa Tower, Haridas Nagar, Borivali (West), Mumbai 400092, India. In this policy, "Growthpep", "we", "us" and "our" mean Spiti Consulting.
2. What we collect
When you ask us to get in touch: your name, work email, phone number, brand website and the stage your brand is at.
When you apply for a job: your name, email, phone number, the role you are applying for, your LinkedIn or portfolio link, your answer to our application question and your CV.
When you ask for a Radar report: your work email, your category, and if you give them, your brand name, website and whether you run Meta ads. We use them only to build and email your report, which is based on public ads in the Meta Ad Library.
When you book a call or message us on WhatsApp: these run on Google Calendar and WhatsApp. They collect what you share there, under their own privacy policies.
When you browse the site: basic usage data such as pages visited, device, browser and approximate location, through cookies and similar tools from Google Analytics and Meta.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and set up a call.
- To build and email the Radar report you asked for.
- To review your job application and contact you about it.
- To understand how people use the site and improve it.
- To measure our own advertising and show relevant ads.
- To meet legal requirements.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share it with
Only with services that help us run Growthpep, and only as much as they need:
- Google (email, Google Sheets, Google Calendar and Google Analytics)
- Meta (WhatsApp and the Meta Pixel)
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website
We may also share information if the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and Radar request details for up to 2 years after our last conversation, and job applications (including CVs) for up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. After that, we delete them.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but we will not be able to measure visits as well.
7. How we protect it
We use reputable, secure services and limit access to the people who need it. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Children
This site is meant for businesses and job seekers aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
